4. SHARING USER’S PERSONAL DATA
Stake, in order to comply with legal obligations, may communicate the personal data of its Users to third parties. Personal data may also be shared with Stake service providers considered necessary for the execution of the purposes described above. Stake ensures that it only resorts to service providers that have established guarantees of execution of necessary and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Users’ personal data.
Stake may also, for the purposes identified above, transfer personal data to service providers located in third countries (outside the European Economic Area). In these situations, Stake ensures that such transfers are subject to adequate guarantees, in accordance with the applicable legislation, and technical and organisational security measures are implemented to protect Users’ personal data. Stake guarantees Users the right to request information about the measures adopted when transferring their personal data to third countries.
5. TERM OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data shared by Users will be kept for the period of time that is necessary to pursue or complete the purposes for which they are intended, after which they will be deleted, except if by legal imposition they must be kept for a longer period.
